I got your most welcome letter a few nights ago and was glad to hear from old Barkerville again. I used to think once upon a time that it was an awful place but I have found out that there are worse. Of course we do not have very much cold weather out here, in fact it is dam hot pretty near all the time. We have just been through as hot a time this last month as I ever want to see again, I do not know know how in
