We have some nice churches in Seaford and I enjoy the services very much. We got up a quartette sometime ago and sang a piece at the Methodist church one evening. Now we are broken up on acct of the demand calling men away. The surroundings of Seaford resemble Victoria in many respects. - The cliffs and waterfront are like Beacon Hill and the Dallas and the golf links alongside our Reserve resemble those at Oak Bay. I sometimes think I'm back there again. Well, that actuality cannot come too soon.
Now I must close, or there'll be a danger of firing you. I shall always be glad to have a letter from you whenever the opportunity offers. The old stomping ground appeals to me as much as ever. Will you please remember me kindly to Miss Taylor and any other engineering friends?
