now. the western team won the Lacross. it was really the Vancouver Team. the tug of war was won by the 29th Tobins Tigers Bob Nicol was on the team they beat the 72nd it is funny. they are both Vancouver teams the 72nd were the best team in the 3 and 4 Div. and 29 best in the 1st 2nd good old B.C. Base ball was won by the 1st D.A.G. I missed the whole works. we were not given a half holiday the winners I believe get a trip to England. I guess they will tour around as Canadian Corps winners. Bob Nicol is a L/Corp now. he had to take down his Sgt. stripes when he went to the Batt, but I don't think it will be long before he has them again. I haven't seen any more of the Kamloops boys except Bill Rud. he used to work at Fred Humphreys. Bob Taylor, knows him and I guess Angus Nelson does to. I was up to one of the forward ammunatins dump to see about some ammunatins and as I was coming back I sees Bill Rud setting on the side of a Motor Lorry. He has been over here twenty months. He says but I think he is stretching it for I don't think he has been gone that long from Kamloops but I may be mistaken. Frank Standish's Batt. will be out soon so I am hoping to see him. Well how is every thing keeping over there I sure is keeping great over here. Pretty
