All guides wounded & unable to move. Mr Archer wounded & walking out with one man

Have three stretcher cases No stretcher bearers. Please send guide, stretcher bearers & water. Are in shallow chalky trench [illegible] E. & W. on side of valley & shall wait here for guide.
