2/10 RI hear Pow H.Q. Capt Andrews 29th [18n] W. Ross wishes me to state that we have here 18 men H12 Plat. seven of #11, [live] company machine gunners, three runners and two officers. We have received 20 tins of beans and 2 tins of jam as well as cheese and biscuit. Did you [include] [?] for [Ba?] M.G. (ten men)? Their rations are included with [l] lo & so we have given them 2 tins of beans and 3 tins of jam. If you have kept their rations please send back here. WHen you have [rum] ration to your men kindly send balance here. If you have water please send us two this W.
