Len is in Palestine & a brother officer who has returned invalided writes giving him a most excellent character as a doctor and as a comrade to all ranks. In fact he used the highest kind of praise.

Uncle seems to be well & mentally active still though of course he notices his failing powers. He shows his age more in his walk
