A marriage will shortly take place between Harold Fortescue Flannery, Captain, R.H.A., only son of Sir J. Forescue Flannery, Bart., M.P., and Lady Flannery of Wethersfield Manor, Essex, and Maud, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. St. George Boswell, of Quebec, and granddaughter of the late Sir Henry Joly de Lotinbere, formerly lieutenant-governor of British Columbia.
