Take notice that I intend to apply for bail of Leung Wah and Sing dick on Tuesday next the 16th instant at the Court House Vancouver, committed to stand the trial for murder before you this day, to a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard on behalf of the said Leung Wah and Sing Dick.
