A; Marks on the woodwork, good deal of broken glass scattered in the road but it musht must have been the lamp- there's marks in the wood where the timber is bruised. Q; These marks were on the railing of the bridge were they where the gate had slamed against, this would indicate in your mind the violence in which the gate had been opened? A; Shows that the gate had been slamed back pretty hard. Q; Did you see any marks on the gates? A; The wire netting is dented in? Q; What else? and the wire netting is bulged out of place in the wire netting? A; I think these are the only marks. Q; No marks on the framework or injury to the framework adjacent to it? A; No nothing. Q; What color was painted on the gate? A; Gray. Q; Did you find any color corresponding to any part of the automobile? A; Yes, and one headlight with a dent in it and its green.
