Q;- When you moved that car form the right side of the bridge over to the left side, did you observe that the left side wheel slipped on the bridge, did you see that do that? A;- I was not on the left hand side. Q;- Would you say the emergency brake was in good order on either of these wheels? A;- Could see it wasn't. Q;- Did you examine the condition of this emergency brake? A;- We moved the car with the brake on. Q;- Did you move the car with the brake exactly in the position it was taken out of the water?
