We are getting on with the war satisfactory although slow it is never the less sure. Tell Pat Carey to hang on to that Cache for we will be a dry bunch when we get back. Give my regards to Joe Stephens & Simon Reid and everyone else and wish them a Merry Christmas & prosperous New Year for me. I havent heard from Scotty Gilchrist but heard he would pull through without being crippled I heard that Jim McKenna was billed back for France he has been in Blighty for some time. Well Fred I think that will be about all for this time so hoping you won't put this in the Paper again and that I will hear from you again soon. | ||
