remembered to friends in Cariboo. Ed Worth and some of the Keithley boys are with a composite Company but I haven't seen them for some time. We are getting on with the war satisfactory although slow it is never the less sure. Tell Pat Carey to hang on to that Cache for we will be a dry bunch when we get back. Give my regards to Joe Stephens & Simon Reid and everyone else and wish them a Merry Christmas & prosperous New Year for me. I havent heard from Scotty Gilchrist but heard he would pull through without being crippled I heard that Jim McKenna was billed back for France he has been in Blighty for some time. Well Fred I think that will be about all for this time so hoping you won't put this in the Paper again and that I will hear from you again soon.

I will close with best wishes and a Merry Christmas and happy New Year so, so long for now
