we don't often get a chance to see each other -- I hear [?] Johnston is engaged to a very [?] man -- I suppose we will see quite a few more Vancouver men over here before long -- I saw Johnny [?] a couple of times looking very fit -- I did have a good time of it in London town. I used to [?] up & go up for a few days until [?] hit it [?] so [?] it. [Not?] a lot of people I know -- There is a meeting of O.P. boys on here now & the [roster?] is full  -- planning attack & defence -- and complaining of the French & Germans they dig [?] in the trenches -- Well au revoir Mademoiselle Dodie Leighton --
