1 Lucas Lamp. 1 Flapper per man, hung on belt.

A Brigade O.P. (call FS) for receiving visual messages from the First Objective will be established at FOSSE 11 de Lens, and lamps should be focussed upon the end of the FOSSE building. From this O.P. it is not possible to see the final objective, and an attempt will be made to locate an O.P. in the vicinity of the Generating station, M.35.b., to cover this area.
