I also have to thank Lindley for two sticks of licorice so now I am very well supplied.

The bitter cold of this winter broke about a week ago and the birds began to sing, poor things. I am not surprised for they had been having a very hard time. Tonight however it is freezing again but I doubt if it means much.

The stay at this school has toned me up again and fitted me for the next
