Nov. 14. lord Roberts died in France where he had gone to see his old Indian troops. He  died of pneumonia(?)

nov. 16 This p.m. we were notified at the police Headquarters that all English people must remove themselves to a distance of 20 kilometers from Dresden, but not to a number of places which have been sepcified, and and within 10 days.
