Oct 5th Le Havre at 3:30 A.M.  Walked to a Rest Centre - under canvas.  All along the building - Good Y.M.C.A.  2 officers in a tent.

Oct 6th - Capt. Williams & I walked into Le Havre and had dinner at the Officers Club.

Oct 7th - Up at 5 A.M. Struck camp & left at 8 for the station - coffee - bread & butter at 10:45 A.M. Off at 11:40 - crawled out. Graville St. Honome - poplar & fields. Small  - camp - orchards - Harfleur - fine Church - ferns woods - St. Saureut-Gailneville 12-15.
