Dunbar just now. I had a letter from him last night, he writes in good spirits and hopes that he soon will be on his way home, apparently he is expecting to be demobilized any time now. He put himself down as a farmer so that he might get away earlier!

At present he says he has been playing golf at every available occasion and is getting into pretty good form. You ask me why he hasn't been writing of late -- well all I can say is "Search me"! You will be amused to hear I had a letter from Allis last night written from 17 Mile House as a matter of fact it was an answer to a line I sent Mrs. Jackson weeks ago.
