One of the miracles of the war is to see how quickly things develop behind an advance. Joe & I visited today a place where we were in the line a short time ago. When there no one was allowed out of the trenches in daylight. Now there is a full fledged standard gauge railway station right on top of what had been the Bn H.Q & beside it the farmers had ploughed some acres of land.
