to say that they would never have guessed that I was a Canadian. So far most of our instruction has been elementary & of the rubbing up order but already we have had some information & instruction on the forthcoming operation.

These will be conducted in a new way but you are not likely to hear much about the way until the war is over. It is intended for a surprize to brother Fritz who will probably not realize what has happened to him for quite a little time.

Its success is practically certain for it has been thoroughly tested. It is the very class of change wh I have all along thought was necessary though I could not possibly have worked out the detail. Dear love to Mother & love to Susie and Zeffie.
