The Information and complaint of Sing Fing, 612 Pender St. 3. of City of Vancouver taken the 30th day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen before the undersigned, C. J. South Esq.; Deputy Police Magistrate and one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said City of Vancouver, who says that at the said City of Vancouver during the month of August, A.D. 1913, Gin Yuen alias John Young did unlawfully procure Annie Wing, a girl, to become, within Canada, a common prostitute.

Contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided.
