That [?] to the service of such order as of said the defendant received money in payment of [?] of the said goods which had been previously sold and also of good that were sold subsequent to the service of the aforesaid notice and I saw him deliver several parcels of the said goods to the purchasers thereof. 6. That I did on the same day as aforesaid personally serve Harry (surname) with a copy of the said notice as aforesaid and did read to him the order made by the Honorable Court herein but [?] such notice and reading of such order the said Harry (surname) ? to receive [?] for the goods that had been sold by the said defendant as aforesaid.
