Coroner;- You didn't examine the car? A;- No, I didn't examine it. Q;- What was the capacity of the car? A;- It was a seven passenger car. Seven passenger car. Q;- If there was twelve or thirteen people in it it would be overloaded? A;- It was quite strong enough a car for the load. It was a very strong car. Q;- Would it be as easily manipulated as with a load of seven passengers? A;- Well, on all heavy loads it would because the car could traction better.
