Note by Jack Frost

(P.P.C.L.I.)

Turnbull has not been wounded. Had a job as post corporal but threw it up. Went through a charge and came through unscathed. Reported sick right after. M. & D. say Dr. Jimmy slept out with temp of 102% and then woke up in England with Pneumonia. 20 months in France and then treated as a malingerer!
