Tweedie, how he manages to swing the lead & has the face to take 2nd command of that company, well it's beyond me; he can't have any conscience at all, a man who has as far as we know never made any attempt to get over here, & has been in uniform since 1914! It's a wonder to me he's not lynched!! Well Pa I must close now the hour is late (11.15 pm). Hope you can make out what I've written excuse pencil, also composition I've been interrupted a good deal.
