try to give him the rest of my news. By the way, those "hankys" I chose, I hope you will find you can use them. I expect the colors were pretty gay. I was in such a rush when I chose them, I was due to leave for Seaford that day but afterwards managed to get an extension, so after all I might have spent more time on my choice Let me know if there is any shopping I can do for you, I might get leave again some day!
Enclosed is a snap of me taken on our transport. Taken while I was on duty "Submarine Watch" Please note the lifebelt also Mr Cross's field glasses and also the keen expression on my face expecting to see a periscope at any moment!
