The Strand Hotel Limited. Proprietors of Strand Palace Hotel, Regent Palace Hotel
for their summer place Rhureag where they are going to be for a month. They arranged that I should go out & stay with Daisy, but I couldn't manage this, as I received orders to report back to Machine Gun Corps. I just had time to run out to Dalmeny and spend the afternoon & had supper with her. Spicer had managed to get leave off for the afternoon, so I saw him, he seems quite a decent little head.
