1918 Jan 2. Wed. About 370 men over 45 left the camp for England this a.m. about 9.30 a.m.

Jan 3. Thurs. Card from Frau Pfotenhauer, Dresden. to say she had recd 2 telegrams from Meiers to say they had arrived safely in Fredrickstad.

Jan 4. Fri. Recd two food parcels Can Red + & 1 fr Switzerland.

Jan 5. Sat. Letter fr Muriel Dec 3.

Jan 6. Sun. Posted letter to Frau Pfotenhauer to forward to Meiers & 1 card to Mrs Davies.

Jan 8. Tues. Card fr T fr Fredrickstad, Norway & card fr Frau Pfotenhauer Dres.

Jan 9. Wed. Parcel provisions 49B Can Red +. A message from one of the 45ers who left here for England on Wed Jan 2, says they crossed the Dutch frontier at 4 a.m. on Thurs after a journey of 22 hours in train. We heard they landed in Boston on Sat. Letter fr T. fr Fredriksstad.
