Dec 19. Sun. Card to Tottie.

Dec 21. Tues. Recd 40 m from Evans on a/c pictures sold (77 m) during exhibition in new studio. Xmas carols & Empire eve in Grand Stand.

Dec 22. Wed. Recd parcel from Mrs Clive Davies, Eng. With 2 plumb puddings & 2 tins butter. Also parcel fr Frau Pfotenhauer with lots of good things including a book "Greed". Card fr Muriel C.

Dec 23. Thurs. Birthday box fr Tottie with X pudding etc etc. Letter fr T.

Dec 21. Tues. About 85 old sea men over 55 & a few boys under 17 left for England this a.m.

Dec 24. Sat. New Y.M.C.A. officially opened by Rittmeister von Brocken, Baron & Baroness v Taube & 2 representatives of American Y.M.C.A who put up the building. Archie Patton to supper. Plumb pudding etc.

Dec 25. Xmas Day. A Patton & I had supper in Casino.

Ded 26. Posted letter to the family & card to Max R.
