this old Frau had walked down to the Babu hof one evening just to watch what was going. foreward. She stood with her hands clasped behind her back, as these old women so often do. Presently she started to walk home again, her had not taken many steps when she was overtaken and stopped by a policeman who proceeded to question her about her identity. The poor old lady was very much frightened, but soon convinced the policeman that she was not a Russian spy or a man in woman's clothing or anything but what she was, a harmless loyal old Saxon woman. It seemed that two youths had called the police & in a state of excitement
