Adjutant 14th Devons

With reference to the attached memo of 19-4-17 regarding A.F.B.122 for Cpt Slim No. 41037.

The above mentioned N.C.O. was at Batt Headquarters from Oct 11th, 1916 to the date of his transfer to this detachment and was therefore under the adjutant for ?. It would seem to have been the Adjutant's duty to ascertain whether the conduct sheet for the A/n N.C.O. was among those kept at H.Q. so that had any occasion for its use arisen, the aforesaid A.F.B. 122 might have been accessible.
