"C: Form (Original) MESSAGES AND SIGNALS
(COPY 19-4-17)
Capt Moyle, O.C. B Coy
40131 Corpl Slim
With reference to conduct sheet referring to the above N.C.O. I would point out that A.F.B. 122 has now been in my possession, held & passed through this office, it is therefore not understood why the absence of this N.C.O.'s conduct sheet from the Company was not detected before and application immediately made for same. Apparently had not this occasion arose for use of his conduct sheet, no efforts would have been made to ensure its safe custody. I request that a thorough search should be made amongst your Company documents for this army form, and that it is produced & forwarded here on the morning of the 20th at 9 a.m. with the accused under escort for the Commanding Officers investigation. I. R.E. Williams Captain & Adjutant
