Feb 20th Busy in Orderly Room. Capt. Jerrad & Lieu Demoichans (French official) had tea with me.

Feb 21st Went to Liencourt & Pais le Bois & Le Courday. Two officers came to breakfast who lost their way with 120 men. One was 2nd Lieu Coupe-Arnold of Warwick - roads very bad. Letter from Father.

Feb 22nd On my rounds. Very dirty day.

23rd Met Lieu Reid son of the Australian Premier.

Feb 24th Went to Avesnes via Givenchy & saw old Sykes & Capt. Thomas. R.E. Cpl Molson left.

Feb 25th Sun Not well. Had church parade at 6 P.M. C. of E. 2nd Lieu the Rev Stanley Austin. Town Mayor finished. Afterwards we dined together.

Feb 26th Motored to Duisans with [illegible] with Coys pay but Mr. Peterson not well & left for rest camp. Lunch at HQ. Colonel not well. Racket with Williams.
