Yes I am pleased to say I have 4 other Englishmen working at this place with me, its rather a large farm and we find plenty to do in the daytime and are ready for bed soon after supper. We are only allowed to write two letters a month on the 1st and 15th so you must excuse me for not writing you many letters. You are very kind in asking if there is anything you can send me. thank you all the same but you would not be allowed to send anything to me only letters and they will always be most welcome.

I think I have told you in one of my cards that I have a Wife and two dear little children at Grenfell the girl is the eldest 5 1/2 years her name is Dorothy Sybelle and the boy 4 years John Edward. I have sent your address on to my Wife and if she recives it I guess you will recive a letter from her
