Dear Miss Russell.
It has been decided by the Heads of the Red Cross Society in Vancouver and Victoria that all monies hitherto coming from Vancouver Island, the Queen Charlotte Islands and the Islands of the Gulf, to our Department fot eh Red Cross that is the Prisoners ofWar, shall in future be paid to the Victoria Branch, Victoria.
We are indeed very sorry to have to sever our connection with you and thank you for all the support you ahve given to our Committee, your contributions will continue to go to the same object, only through a different channel.
