Copy of Letter from His Worship the Mayor Victoria, B.C.

June 20th, 1917.

Mrs. W.J.H. Holmes 1286 Pleasant Avenue, Victoria, B.C.

Dear Madam:-

Referring to our conversation over the telephone this morning, regarding the letter from Lieut-Colonel Kingsmill, regarding the old 48th Regiment, I have since secured this letter - which was read at the City Council meeting Monday night last,- and take pleasure in forwarding you a copy of same herewith.
