were not right out of his mouth till fritz sent one over. I can tell you he ducked a lot quicker than I did. one of the Big ones you can hear them coming they keep a fellow hopping when they start shelling. we have been in for 9 Days and I have never seen a German yet. and they are only about 150 or 200 yds away from us. it is some fighting trench Fighting we give my Best respects to all my Friends in Barkerville and I hope I am lucky enough to keep
