J.H Ellis (Sniper) and myself a Lance Corporal with the Company. JH Ellis put his name up for a Commission some officer. I will let you know how he gets on. the 54th got a Draft from the 62nd Vancouver. but it did not put us to full strength. expect another Draft from some other Battn. had a letter from Old John Pettersen. he was telling me Jim Thompson is kicking all the Time if he was over here he would have some thing to kick about. it is a picnic.
