from Mother, and was glad to hear that she goes on long rides still. you must not think that I neglect Mother. I write quite often, but you all seem to think I should tell more about myself & what I do. that would not be wise as it would only cause more worry so do'nt you think that as long as I let you all know that I am as well as can be expected etc, and to leave the rest till I come home. would be the best
