My Dear Mother.
We got your letter awhile ago but have had a chance to answer it. I got a letter from Price the other but Vernon has it now. I write tell him to send it to you the next time he writes.
It has been very cold here the last two days it feels as if it might snow. I don't know what we will do if they keep us here till the middle of Oct because we can't do much training if the weather turns bad.
