Did you get them to send me the News to this unit? I have only had one so far so they must be going astray.

Will you get me a pair of buckskin tanned horse hide gloves. You can't get a decent pair of working gloves in this country.

Thursday. It is raining & blowing this eve so it is not very cheerful. The camp is in a draw with the sea on both sides and the water just blows right off the waves.

Your letter of the Aug 6th just arrived after travelling all over the country and I was mighty glad to get it as I have had no news for some time now
