My Darling Mother
Your welcome letter arrived a couple of days ago also Herbies and as usual I was very glad to get them.
I was going to write to Ellen but I know you send my letters on to her so what's the use they would both be the same.
I was out to the band concert with Joyce the night before last and it was pretty good there are two concerts a day on the pier but as a rule they ar 'nt worth listening to.
Chick went to Seaford yesterday marked fit again, so I guess he will be on his way to France.
