Chicken Carew is over in Blighty now and is getting over his illness rapidly. it was not typhoid after all. Tommie came back from leave and was sent to the supply column he will be better off there than in the trenches. There are very few boys in the 2nd now from Vernon, just one or two that you would know. Billie Williams is still alright.

Just at the present we are in the best camp we have ever been in, and everyone
