Dearest Dody. Yes! Yesterday after several months of silence I received your delightful letter, & naturally was very pleased with myself & you for writing again - I really think it was your turn though, unless letters have gone astray which is quite possible, especially so at such times as these; I wrote you some time last year but never got a reply; at any rate I don't blame you, being busy all day & probably having plenty of writing to do. Still its nice occasionally to hear from old friends you know just to know how the world is treating them. You will note from above I still have the same
