As for the Sireen, she was in N.Z. and rang up Elman[?] but he was not in. He expected her to ring up again but she never did. Peculiar person the Sireen. I am sorry for her, and am sure her life is one of circumstances. I hope no gossip is going around about me in Vancouver. Anyhow I should be more happy if people knew something about me, as I hate to hide things and be conventional. I suppose you will not[?] go to England now, until aft the war. I should think by now you would be President of the Bank you are working for. Anyhow
