well & very pretty, but then she always has a colour. We talked about you. She was awfully keen to hear all about you. Do write to her. 24 Evelyn Gdns S.W. I also saw Ben & Isabel about 3 days ago. They have now gone to to the New Forest to convalesce. He is still on crutches.

Did you know Willie Roberts? (brother of Mr Powell Roberts & had a farm at Port Hammond). We discovered him in hospital at Aldershot having been very ill. Measles twice & scarlet fever & now paralized. He had had an awful time & was very depressed but we cheered him up & as soon as he was allowed, had him out to tea in the garden & took him for drives & when we left he was a different creature. It was almost the best bit of war work I have done! I have never seen any one alter so.
