the tailor said it would be ready early next (or rather this) week. I will have to have a photograph taken after I get it.

I am going over to Uncle Fred's this afternoon for dinner - about 5 P.M. as they eat twice a day on Sunday. They said something about going over to see the Smiths but I demurred as this working uniform is a rather sloppy arrangement and I have not been doing any running around in it for that reason.

You ask if I knew, when I left Victoria that I would train in Canada. No, Mother, I did not. I remember distinctly telling Mrs. Charles
