that extra work and that his health has improved. It is too bad he cannot find good men to work for him, but I suppose that business has suffered as nearly all others have suffered, for lack of men. When this conscription act is enforced there will be still greater scarcity of men and I suppose a good many activities will cease on that account.
Oh, by the way, I had my photo taken, but won't get them till Tuesday afternoon so will just have time to send you one before leaving. I hope you will like it. I was not wearing the regular R.F.C. uniform at the time, but an open cut tunic as such as infantry officers wear. They are much more comfortable
