2nd witness James Crosson having been duly sworn, states that, I am Allan Stephenson’s partner & was in the stall with him on the morning of the 23th July & then the Chinaman Ah Sigh came & took the box. Allan Stephenson’s statement has been read to me and I swear to the truth of the same. I also assisted to carry the body of the Chinaman to the surface.
