I did not get any.

Mar. 5th. Fri. got letter paper + wrote 4 pages to Tottie to forward to Mother. Rain & snow all day.

Mar. 8. The kitchen and canteen have been taken over by the "Captains" from today. The Ger. authorities allows 65 pf. per day per man. The contractor who has been feeding us on "hogwash" and stealing from 15 to 20 pf. per day per man has been discharged with all his "crew." Very cold & heavy snow night and day. Two or more Ger. daily newspapers, "Berliner Tageblatt," "Morgenpost" & "Vossieblu Zeitung" allowed to be sold in the camp. Heretofore we have only had the "B.Z. von mittag," a miserable little rag, containing practically nothing but insults & lies.

Mar. 10. Wed. Rec'd letters from Mother & Tottie.

Mar. 13. Sat. Box from T. Posted letter to T. and card to Muriel C. About 100 more prisoners
